This service is designed to provide the client with an organizational view of its current Security & Compliance standing, as well as provide guidance for future Security & Compliance initiatives.

OOI employs the Security Maturity Model (SMM) to evaluate the client’s security landscape and identify strengths and weaknesses within the security technology stack based on upon key metrics and scoring. The SMM summarizes the client’s overall security standing in twenty core security components that are assigned an aggregate rating based on five key metrics- People, Policy, Process, Procedures, and Platforms. The Gap & Compliance Assessment concludes with a detailed report and comprehensive analysis in each core security component, including recommendations for improvement.
