    CAREERS - Account Manager / Sales Representative

Job Description:
The Account Manager / Sales Representative will be responsible for lead sourcing, pre-sales, sales account management, and selling to prospects. Be able to individually identify target prospects and lead all sales efforts for targeted prospect accounts. Develop and execute objectives, plans and exceed sales quotas. Create and maintain a relationship with channel partners in securing OhioOnline opportunities. Provide a high level of satisfaction to clients, resulting in the renewal of contracts.

General Requirements:
Willing to travel and partake in team efforts.

Computer Requirements:
Word, Excel, Lotus Notes

Experience Needed:
Prefer experience in selling consulting, applications, security, network and ERP solutions to large enterprises. The ability to drive a sales and account management process and to deliver both technical and application level demonstrations. Need excellent communication skills; good at negotiating “win-win” agreements at all levels.
