Check Point NG with Application Intelligence - Management I
Overview

Management I is designed to provide our students with the skills necessary to support and administer Check Point VPN-1/FireWall-1. This course is aligned with the Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) certification. Management I uses a combination of Secure Platform and Windows operating systems; giving our students a diverse blend of operating systems to manage Check Point architectures. Over 20 lab exercises are included in Management I, which provides our students with practical hands on experience with Check Point VPN-1/FireWall-1.

+	How to deploy and manage distributed gateways, using Check Point's SmartUpdate and Secure Internal Communications

+	How to enable SmartDefense global protection mechanisms
+	How to set up User Authentication in a VPN-1/FireWall-1 environment
+	How to implement Network Address Translation
+	How to protect your network with backups
+	How to upgrade VPN-1/FireWall-1
+	How to license VPN-1/FireWall-1

Prerequisites:

Basic networking knowledge, knowledge of Windows NT and/or UNIX, and experience with TCP/IP and the Internet.
